Doris Thomas Suite

The Doris Thomas Suite combines the Small Hall and Main Hall at the Dell Centre, which is perfect for conferences, parties, and weddings with seating for up to 140 people
Main Hall

With seating for up to 100 people
Small Hall
5.9m x 9.5m, Hiring Rate £19 per hour
With seating for up to 40 people
These halls have a hardwood floor and wall-to-ceiling doors which open out to an outside space (included in your hire). The Main Hall has a hatch to a commercial kitchen (additional charges apply)
Max height for inflatables is 3 metres
(large upright inflatables are unsuitable for the small hall)
Finbow Room

Tucker Room

These bright carpeted rooms are on the upper level of the Dell Centre, and can be reached with direct outside access. A lift is available to the lower level, with limited disabled parking outside. A small kitchenette is available on this level for refreshments, for a small additional fee. In addition, the Finbow Room has a small sink
St George’s Centre

We offer free parking, and are a 5-minute walk from Ashtead railway station, with direct trains to London, Guildford, Dorking, Wimbledon, and Sutton.

Main Hall

There is a serving hatch to the kitchen and an integral projection system. The room has an integral projector available for an additional hire charge. Folding doors to the adjoining café can be opened to create a larger space when hiring this area
Café and Kitchen
£26 per hour
Refreshments only: £10 flat fee when booked with the hall or parish room
Our fully equipped commercial catering kitchen is available to hire in conjunction with our cafe. The cafe space is suitable for private events and gatherings and adjoins our large hall
Parish Room
7.6m x 7.3m, £19 per hour
The parish room has a small kitchenette available to use for a small additional charge. The room is bright and airy and has a modern heavy duty vinyl flooring
Upper Room
5.1m x 4.8m, Hiring Rate £14 per hour
Located on the Upper floor, with lift access available if required. The room has heavy duty vinyl flooring and a small kitchenette area in the outside corridor is available to make hot drinks (small additional charge)
Quiet Room
Hiring Rate £12 per hour
A snug space with sofas and seating for about 10 people
St Giles’ & St George’s Churches
Our church sanctuaries may be considered for certain suitable events upon inquiry, and are equipped with an extensive sound, visuals, and streaming system. From £35 per hour.
